I have known since I was eight that I was going to teach. This is my eighteenth year teaching grades K-6. I graduated in 1995 from the University of Montana with a B.A. in Elementary Education. I continued my education at California State University, Long Beach. This year will be my 9th year at Diamond Canyon, and I consider myself a lifelong Coyote! I enjoy encorporating my knowledge of Spanish, love of music, and a sense of humor into my classroom. I believe learning should be FUN. I am married with three children. My two girls, Kaila and Rachel, are here at Diamond Canyon, and my son Nicholas is in college studying Fire Science. I enjoy reading and spending time with my family, friends, and dogs.
